Running Away
Working nights haven’t really given me the chance to update my blog..plus there’s really nothing to write about.
So I’m currently in my second week day one of my running. It’s getting a bit harder but I will persevere. And of course I love going out of the house and actually doing something that does not involve money. I’m also in an extra good mood after I’ve ran – all those endorphins eh..I sleep better, I work better and I just love the cooling down walk as well. There’s something very private about just you and the road ..running..though I hope no one thinks I’m crazy for belting out “American Pie” as loud as I can..haha.
I’m using the ipod+nike run thing and it’s fabulous! Definitely motivates me even more now..I think I’m going to try running everyday instead of every other day and see how it makes me feel.

Great work, keep on running.. I’d be careful you don’t want to injure yourself. Runners by nature can be over enthusiastic at times. Rest days are very important to your long term progress… but hey I’m just a beginner…
