Today was my 2nd day of running. I think I’m recovering better in between runs but I still felt like my knees are killing me during my 60 seconds of “running” (more like shuffling to me!)…I’m determined to run 5kms so I will keep on pushing myself and Robert Ullrey’s podcast helps a lot as well. It feels like you have a trainer with you pushing you to keep on running eventhough you feel like stopping..meaning, I don’t feel like cheating! After my first experience of running with a full stomach, today I learned to eat less before my run..funny thing is I don’t even feel hungry after my run! All I want to do is drink loads of water.

Anyway, need to push on!
